We’re expanding our creative team and are looking for a Junior–Midlevel Content & Graphic Designer (m/f/x).

Your role? All about social-first design: from short-form video to motion and high-impact visuals across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll work closely with a small, hands-on creative unit, turn ideas into scalable social content, and use AI as a smart production booster — always with quality and aesthetics in mind.

Your responsibilities:

• Concept and design social media content (static, motion & video)
• Develop short-form video formats for IG, TikTok & YouTube Shorts
• Create visual assets for LinkedIn and other digital channels
• Collaborate closely with our creative team on campaigns and content series
• Use AI tools to optimize and streamline production workflows

What you bring to the table:

• 1–3+ years of experience in social/digital design (agency or freelance)
• A strong portfolio showcasing design, motion, and short-form projects
• Excellent skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma
• A mobile-first, social-native mindset
• A strong eye for trends, timing, and visual detail
